1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "laki55", "we", "us", "our" refers to the laki55 gaming platform, operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at laki55.ws.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the laki55 platform.
• "Platform" means the laki55 website, mobile web application, and any associated services, tools, and features made available to registered players.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the laki55 platform through which all wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Real-Money Activity" means any action involving the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal of actual monetary funds within the laki55 platform, including sports betting and casino gaming.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under laki55's licence obligations before withdrawal of funds is permitted.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the primary operating currency of all laki55 player accounts.

2Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the laki55 platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of laki55 or its affiliated companies and game providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by laki55 or any regulated gaming authority.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by laki55 for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are of sound mind, acting of your own free will, and not under the influence of any substance that may impair your judgement when placing wagers.

laki55 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3Account Registration

To access real-money features on laki55, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified player account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one laki55 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. laki55 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify laki55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• KYC verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, laki55 will require documentary proof of identity, residential address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification.
• Account suspension: laki55 reserves the right to suspend access to any account pending verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or review of potential Terms breaches. Suspended accounts will be notified via the registered email address.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on laki55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though laki55 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods: laki55 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Deposits via supported methods are typically credited to your PKR wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to laki55's AML obligations. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to three business days.
• Withdrawal minimums: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. laki55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. laki55 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds to the originating account.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in PKR. laki55 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are separate and outside laki55's control.

5Bonuses & Promotions

laki55 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Eligible players: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available on first deposit only. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will be subject to closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bet contribution: Not all wager types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino games, and slot spins may contribute at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount of bonus winnings that may be converted to real cash from any single bonus is capped at Rs 50,000 or ten times the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused or un-wagered bonus funds that expire are forfeited automatically.
• laki55 discretion: laki55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or breach of promotion terms.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the laki55 platform, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other available sports markets:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when laki55 has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference has been issued. Bets placed during technical errors, incorrect odds, or system faults are subject to cancellation at laki55's discretion.
• Odds changes: Live odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager — not any earlier or later price shown on the same market.
• Voided bets: A bet may be voided if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not proceed as scheduled. Voided bets are returned to the player's PKR wallet at stake value. Winnings associated with voided legs in accumulator bets are recalculated based on the remaining settled selections.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets operate on real-time data feeds. laki55 is not responsible for errors resulting from delays in data transmission. Markets may be suspended without notice during key match moments, and bets placed during suspension periods will be cancelled.
• PSL and cricket-specific rules: For Pakistan Super League and other cricket markets, the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body is the result used for settlement purposes. Matches reduced to a lower number of overs due to weather or other circumstances will be settled according to the applicable Duckworth-Lewis or official reserve-day result where one exists, or voided where no official result is declared.
• Maximum winnings: laki55 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet winnings caps on a per-sport, per-market, or per-event basis. Applicable limits are displayed on the relevant bet placement screen.

7Casino & Slot Games

The following terms apply to all casino and slot game activity on the laki55 platform, including live dealer games, slot titles, table games, and game show formats:

• Game availability: The availability of specific games on the laki55 platform may vary by jurisdiction, technical maintenance, or provider decision. laki55 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title.
• RNG and fairness: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software independently tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as certified. laki55 does not modify game outcomes.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are streamed from third-party studio environments. The rules of individual live games — including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat variants — are governed by the in-game rules published by the game provider. laki55 is not responsible for stream interruptions or technical issues originating from the provider's studio infrastructure.
• Disconnection policy: If a player's connection is interrupted during an active game round, the game engine will complete the round according to its standard logic. laki55 is not liable for wagers lost due to player-side connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game title and are displayed on the relevant game information screen prior to play. laki55 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the laki55 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any event on which laki55 offers betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not expressly authorised by laki55.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches in a systematic manner to extract value. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating duplicate accounts to claim new player offers, using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from or associated with criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Attempting to interfere with the laki55 platform's technical infrastructure, including any attempt to hack, probe, scan, or disrupt servers, databases, or network communications.

9Responsible Gaming

laki55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following responsible gaming provisions are part of laki55's binding obligations under its international gaming licence and are non-negotiable:

• Age restriction: No person under the age of 21 may register or participate in real-money activity on laki55. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and is mandatory for all accounts requesting withdrawals.
• Deposit limits: Players may set self-imposed daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours following any upward change request.
• Session time controls: Players may configure session time reminders that display alerts after a specified duration of continuous platform use.
• Cool-off periods: Players may activate a temporary cool-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which their account will be restricted from all real-money activity. Cool-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request full self-exclusion from laki55 for periods ranging from one month to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the live support chat and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Self-excluded players will not receive promotional communications from laki55 during the exclusion period.
• laki55 intervention: laki55 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

10Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and databases on the laki55 platform — including but not limited to the laki55 brand name, logo, website layout, game interfaces, and written content — are the intellectual property of laki55 or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the laki55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any portion of the laki55 platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on laki55 content or design.
• Using laki55 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any commercial or promotional context.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of laki55 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laki55's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

laki55 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, power outages, or technical faults outside laki55's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach of security was caused by the player's failure to protect their credentials.
• Any action or omission by third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed suppliers that results in incorrect game outcomes, settlement errors, or payment failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit laki55's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12Amendments to These Terms

laki55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, laki55 will provide players with reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or an in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the laki55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the laki55 support team.

The version of these Terms and Conditions that applies to any specific transaction or activity is the version that was current and published on the laki55 platform at the time that transaction or activity was conducted.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laki55 holds its international gaming licence. This choice of governing law does not override any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to laki55's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 14. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under laki55's licensing jurisdiction.

14Contact & Dispute Resolution

laki55 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. The following process applies to all formal complaints and disputes:

1. Step 1 — Live Support: Contact the laki55 live support team directly via the in-platform chat. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of account, payment, and betting queries are resolved at this stage.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your query is not resolved satisfactorily through live chat, you may submit a formal written complaint to the laki55 support email at [email protected]. Please include your account username, a full description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references or dates. laki55 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following laki55's formal response, you may escalate your complaint to the independent dispute resolution body available under laki55's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution authority will be provided in laki55's formal response to your complaint.
